Shipping and Return Policies

We've made our shipping & handling prices and policy as fair as possible, so you can benefit from our Every Day Low Prices plus the convenience of delivery to your door.

For your convenience, we offer three shipping options: Standard, Priority, and Express. For heavy or oversize items, we also offer freight shipping. If you ordered two or more items, you may receive multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations. We do not charge you extra shipping for split shipments.

Because Priority and Express involve air transport, some items cannot be shipped via these options. These items are identified as “oversize” or “hazardous” materials during checkout. Some large or heavy items must be shipped to you via freight carrier; these items are identified as “oversize” during checkout.

Our Standard Shipping Charge is FREE for any order over $100.00*.

  • $100.00 excludes any special handling charges and taxes.
  • Free Shipment does not apply to areas shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. protectorates and territories, or PO Box addresses.
  • $6.95 Best Way Via USPS (Please allow up to 72hrs for "Best Way" orders to ship!)

Split Shipments

When you place an order, your order may arrive in separate boxes and at separate times. You will receive a confirmation email for each item that we ship; in addition, it will also list the items that have previously shipped and items that are pending shipment.

Types of Order Confirmations

Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation, as well as, a second email when your order has shipped. (If your order is fulfilled in multiple shipments, you will receive more than one shipment confirmation email.) Please save these email invoices for your records.

Where can my order be shipped?

Within the U.S. and major U.S. protectorates: We ship most items to all states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

International shipping: We're sorry, at this time, we do not ship to any destinations outside the United States.

Can I order at safetyviz.com and pick up at your warehouse?

Yes, you can “WILL CALL” most stocked items.

Shipping Costs

To find the shipping cost for an item, simply place the item in your online cart. Our shipping costs for most items are based on each items: size, weight, shipping method, and delivery address. Estimates for shipping and handling cost assumes all items in the cart are going to one address and uses standard shipping. If a different shipping method or multiple addresses are selected the actual shipping cost may be higher and are shown during checkout.

Heavy, Oversized, or Special Items

Some heavy or large items, which are identified as “oversized,” have special shipping and handling costs. To find the total shipping cost for your order we first confirm your order, then, notify you of any additional shipping charges. 

Please note: Oversized items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. protectorates and territories, or P.O. Box addresses.

Shipping Times


The shipping times in the following chart apply to merchandise shipped within the continental United States. You can use this chart to help determine the total delivery time for your order. Please refer to the information below the chart to calculate total delivery times:

  • Standard 3 to 7 business days.
  • Priority 2 to 3 business days.
  • Express 1 business day.
  • Freight carrier (The only shipping method for oversize items) 7 to 10 business days.
  • For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, add 2 days to the ship time.
  • Express or Priority shipment orders submitted before the cut-off time of 10:00 AM PST on any business day will be processed that business day.
  • Orders submitted on a non-business day will be processed on the following business day.

To estimate your order's arrival date, add the longest availability time of an item in your order to the delivery method ship time

For example: If you bought a dozen safety glasses that takes 1 to 2 business days to process before shipping, through standard shipping the gloves would arrive in 3 to 8 business days. In addition, if you bought an “oversized” or “customized” item, the set would arrive in 14 business days.

You will be able to see the exact delivery window for your item during checkout.

Shipping to a different address? (Credit Card Purchases Only)
If your order is shipping to a different address other than your credit card billing address, you may be asked to list the alternate address. Listing an alternate address protects your credit card and helps expedite your order.

Returns

Our "TRIPLE PLATINUM GUARANTEE" guarantee our products 100% against material defects to ensure customer satisfaction. For RETURNS:

We will arrange the returns and credit to the original payment method (minus shipment costs) or provide a store credit for the cost of the item and the sales tax, or exchange for another item, if applicable. 

There is no re-stocking fee policy for stock item(s) within 30 days from shipped date. If you decide a product isn't right for you, you can contact us to initiate a return, refund, or replacement*

·    A 25% restocking fee applies to stock item(s) return after 30 days from shipped date.

  • A 50% restocking fee applies to stock item(s) return after 60 days from shipped date.
  • No returns allowed after 90 days from shipped date.
  • All returned items must be in resalable condition.
  • *Customer is responsible for all freight cost associated with any returns or exchanges, unless the items are defective, damaged during shipping, or mistake is due to Safetyviz.com.  

All sales are final for "Custom Order, Special Order and Clearance & Liquidation Center" product(s) and are not returnable unless the mistake is due to Safetyviz.com's error.
